Expected Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. We prioritize prompt dispatch and collaborate with trusted courier services to ensure timely deliveries.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will attempt delivery two more times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Customers may request a re-shipment, which may involve additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take stringent measures to securely pack and ship all orders. However, in the event of a damaged product, please report the issue within 48 hours, providing clear photographic evidence for assessment. For lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, based on the situation.
